Hey everyone, I'm super excited to release a new video today :) !!! This is going to be the first video in a new 3-part series, which was shot back in October. To top it off, this video also features a new, beautiful intro that I'm quite happy with; so, hopefully you all enjoy this one and learn a lot :D !! Let us know what you think about it in the comments section below or on YouTube!!

Lesson Description:

Do you guys always feel resistance to accomplish the things you need to get done? If so, you're not alone; most people who take on new goals / projects hardly ever complete them. Furthermore, people who buy books rarely even get past the first chapter (talk about a terrible return on investment, huh?).

Well, in this video, I'm going to talk about one of the greatest sources of resistance: fear / anxiety. Unlike other sources of resistance, fear and anxiety essentially sever your mind from your body. They place your consciousness in a "fight or flight" mode, which seeks to elevate your rate of survival.

In the past, this mechanism has definitely allowed our ancestors to survive threatening situations. However, in modern society, the lack of an immediate threat has made this survival tactic archaic. For example, basic fear responses induced from taking tests, performing things, etc hardly have an impact on your survival rate. In fact, they tend to halt progress and the potential to thrive in most situations. So, if you're an individual who's always working on your mind, this makes fear / anxiety one of the most detrimental sources of resistance.

This is mostly due to the fact that, when this mechanism is engaged, it allows your instincts to jump into the front seat and take full control. In essence, the power of our consciousness is unnecessarily sacrificed in favor of our instincts. So, in this particular video, we're going to dissect this mechanism and divulge the knowledge needed to overcome it. In subsequent videos, we'll then reveal actionable techniques essential for making use of this knowledge.

Hope you all enjoy the new video and learn something from it; thanks for watching :D !!!
