Hey everyone, are you ready for a NEW weekly video :)? How about a video that expands on the previous self-development video's concepts regarding fear/anxiety? If so, check it out below :D!!!

In our last video, we learned that fear has evolved into a beast that works against us; no longer is it an asset designed to maximize our survival. Unlike caveman days, modern fear is now born out of irrationality; it lacks a logical foundation and usually arises out of traumatic experiences.

So, how do you fix something that's disconnected from reality and its underlying truth? You go to the source of your fears, rectify that misconception, and allow the truth to liberate you.In this video, I'm going to give you the secret tools for making that approach almost effortless.

Remember, our minds were originally conditioned to fear certain things, and they can always be re-programmed to operate more effectively. Through repetition and the appropriate strategies, you can gradually reacclimate your mind to perceive what you fear for what it truly is - not the demon you craft it into.

So, check out the video below to learn more about these strategies, and I hope you all enjoy it :D!!!
